Ground floor Terrace Apartments have large paved, fully secure area with gate
for direct access to beach. Perfect for children.
Penthouse have large balcony, exclusive use roof top with under cover area and BBQ

How close is the beach?
A stone throw away or a thirty second walk. Our apartments are all north east facing looking to the ocean with
Direct beach access. NO ROAD TO CROSS
How close is Mooloolaba?
Five minute stroll along the boardwalk beside the beach and you are in the heart of Mooloolaba shopping precinct with all it has to offer. Café’s, Restaurants, clothing boutiques, clubs, bars & Mooloolaba Surf Club fully licensed with great dining area looking over the waves.
What entertainment is nearby?
A variety of restaurants and café’s, clubs, pubs, bars all on the beachfront and Mooloolaba Surf Club, fully licensed with great dining overlooking the beach.
Underwater World is a 5 min walk, there are 2 playground areas for children 5 mins in each direction. Australia Zoo is half hour drive or bus at the door.
Aussie World and Ettamuga Pub is 10 min drive.
Famous Eumundi Markets is 35 min drive or bus at the door. The Sunshine Coast Hinterland with picturesque towns such as Montville with boutiques, craft, galleries & Café’s is 40 mins away to cruise the range for a morning drive & on the way back come through Palmwoods and lunch at the Palmwoods Hotel…great food.
